Role Overview

We’re looking for a digital-focused, consumer-obsessed Consumer Brand Manager to strengthen the visibility and impact of our brands across all consumer touchpoints.

The Consumer Brand Manager will drive consumer-facing brand equity through creative, insight-led, and compliant marketing. You will manage digital platforms, lead consumer campaigns, and ensure our brands resonate throughout the consumer journey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead integrated consumer campaigns across digital, social, and traditional media.
  • Manage digital platforms, content calendars, and social media channels.
  • Oversee performance marketing (SEO, SEM, paid social, programmatic).
  • Use analytics and research to optimise content and campaigns.
  • Coordinate consumer engagement, in-store activations, and retail partnerships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, agencies, and creative partners.
  • Ensure full compliance with regulations.

Minimum Requirements

Education

  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business.

Experience

  • 3–5 years in consumer brand management.
  • Proven digital brand-building results (portfolio required).

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong digital marketing, analytics, consumer insights, and stakeholder management skills
  • Creative, data-driven, and highly consumer-centric.
