Role Overview:

Austell Pharmaceuticals is looking for a driven Business Process Engineer to join our team and help drive efficiency, innovation, and continuous improvement across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support and execute cross-functional projects
• Identify process inefficiencies and drive Kaizen improvements
• Analyse data to generate actionable insights
• Build dashboards and performance reports
• Collaborate with BI teams to enable data-driven decisions
• Contribute to automation and digital transformation initiatives

Minimum Requirements:

Education

• BSc/BEng in Industrial Engineering (or equivalent) – mandatory

Experience

• 3–5 years’ relevant experience
• Exposure to data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, SQL, Python, or similar) is advantageous
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of Lean/Kaizen and project management principles

Skills & Competencies

• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving & process optimisation
• Lean/Kaizen knowledge with a continuous improvement mindset
• Basic project management & data-driven decision-making skills
• Proficiency in MS Office; exposure to Power BI/SQL/Python is advantageous
• Strong communication, collaboration & ownership mindset
