Austell Pharmaceuticals has become one of the most trusted and fastest growing pharmaceutical companies in South Africa. Now, this well-established company is expanding into the medical aesthetics market with the launch of its first aesthetic product in July. In 2005, Austell Pharmaceuticals started with just two products in its basket in a small building in Springfield, Johannesburg. The company has since moved to their own premises in Parktown, where they supply over 150 over-the-counter and prescription medications to hospitals, pharmacies and clinics across South Africa. In July, Austell Pharmaceuticals made its move into the aesthetic market with the launch of Xeomin in South Africa. This product has already received great reviews overseas and is fast gaining momentum in South Africa.
