Therefore, we invest in every single one of our employees and encourage them to grow and develop in their roles. We are also extremely proud of the myriad of cultures that inhabit our hallways. By embracing this diversity, we have added a wide range of abilities, experience, knowledge and strengths to the company.
Giving back to the community is core to Austell’s identity. Therefore, in 2020 Austell launched the non-profit, Al Noor Foundation as a way to make a difference in the community through healthcare, educational, and social responsibility initiatives. Through this foundation, we spearhead many outreach programmes, from handing out monthly hampers to sponsoring tertiary education for those students who can’t afford it, and donating essential drugs to clinics around the country.
Providing medicine with a conscience also means finding sustainable industry solutions to protect our environment. Famous American author, Sidney Sheldon once said, “Try to leave the earth a better place than when you arrived.” We have made this a top priority at Austell, with a large portion of our product packaging already being converted to eco-friendly material.
